Helplessly, I twist in bed,
Reaching for ghosts.
Despite what I may have said,
I still want you the most.

I feel so bad,
I'm going mad.
I can't have what won't have me.
So no guilt no shame,
I'm to blame,
I guess my motives weren't clean.

Impure thoughts run through my brain,
How do I make it stop?
I grip the sheets and resist in vain
Do I want to make it stop?

Oh how you tease,
Why can't you see,
That your touch makes me quake?
Make me subdued;
I'm yours to use,
If you promise you'll stay.

Rejection finds it's way to me,
As tear stains find my pillow.
Not good enough; it's plain to see,
Have I really hit this low?

It can't be true,
I've misconstrued
Such a paranoid mind.
But even so,
I've got to know,
Could you ever want me?
Why do I ask questions that I already have the answers to? I guess I have a hard time accepting things...

Reading back over I really can't tell if I even like this, I've been listening to too much muse =w=
